Famous Nollywood actor Leonard Mezie who has been diagnosed with a kidney related ailment urgently needs financial help.
Mr Mezie was diagnosed wrongly with malaria, typhoid and pneumonia. For over a year, he took wrong medications based on the diagnosis.
Unfortunately, the medications have affected his kidneys – both have collapsed and he is now battling for survival.
The Abia State-born actor needs 10 million naira (about 28,000 Euros) for an urgent kidney transplant abroad. He also urgently needs 80,000 naira (about 250 euros) for each of the three sessions of dialysis he undergoes every week.
Diamond Celebrities spoke with Mr Mezie who appealed to all to help him continue receiving treatment in order to save his life.
